These are the terms to which you agree when training with Condition Yellow Academy: 1.) I understand that I do not need a FOID card to take the concealed carry training; the FOID card and Concealed Carry permit can be applied for concurrently. With that understanding, I attest that I am not a felon or otherwise prohibited from shooting or handling firearms. 2.) I understand that if I pay a $50 deposit upon registration for a concealed carry class, a seat is reserved for me and this deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel my training altogether I will forfeit my $50 deposit. If I pay in full and cancel my training, I understand that I am able to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation penalty.
